1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Butler Consulting LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Job Slingers mobile application and website at JobSlingers.org (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Job Slingers is a field sales tracking application for door-to-door sales professionals. The Service allows users to record sales session notes via text or voice, use automated parsing to convert notes into structured customer profiles, view leads on an interactive map, receive daily summary reports, manage follow-up reminders, attach photos to customer profiles, and access optional features including daily devotionals.
3. Accounts and Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and maintain the confidentiality of your password. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately via Contact us if there is any unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

The Live Translation add-on is available to teams at a flat $15.00 per seat per month ($150.00 per seat per year). Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
5. Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, RevenueCat, or Stripe depending on plan and platform. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. App Store purchases are cancelled through your device's subscription settings; web and team purchases are managed through the billing portal in the app's Settings or by contacting us. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
6. Introductory Offer
New individual users receive an introductory price of $4.99 for their first month of the base plan. Only one introductory offer per person (enforced per Apple ID for App Store purchases). Your subscription renews automatically at the regular price unless cancelled beforehand. Team plans do not include an introductory offer.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; enter false or fraudulent customer data; harass or stalk any individual; reverse engineer the app; circumvent security features; share account credentials; use automated bots or scrapers; or violate any applicable law or regulation.
8. Customer Data and Privacy
You are responsible for ensuring all customer data you enter complies with applicable privacy laws. Our collection and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and all its content are owned by Butler Consulting LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Service for personal or internal business purposes. You retain ownership of all data and content you submit.
10. Third-Party Services
Job Slingers integrates with Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for third-party practices or content.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The automated parsing feature may not always produce perfectly accurate results — you are responsible for verifying all parsed information.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUTLER CONSULTING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Butler Consulting LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time with or without cause. You may terminate your account via Contact us or through your app store settings. Provisions that by nature survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in courts located in Georgia.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
